About Our Business
LA Carpet Brokers, first known as del Rio Carpet Sales, launched
its services in southern California in 1970. The hardworking staff
generated clients in top fortune 500 companies and was
contracted for flooring disasters in some of the well-known high
rise buildings in Los Angeles. In the 70s the clients drove our
market focus to be mostly flooring disasters. Most clients were in
need of service for severe water damage, dangerous tears and rips
and the well-known “returning stain.”
In 1995, del Rio Carpet Sales emerged with a new structure and
target market. After analysis of the industry, LA Carpet Brokers
wanted to retain the high level clients it had gained from previous
years. To help make this happen, a focused product and service
line was implemented. Quality floor coverings at the best price. The
company slogan, “Buy Direct and Save the Difference” took off.
Coupled with sky rocketing home sales and the imperative need for
a good flooring vendor, the real estate market realized LA Carpet
Brokers was the way to go. Many realtors from Prudential, Re/Max,
Relantis, ColdWell Banker and independent developers now use

- A consultation will be scheduled at the location,
where we will Measure, Recommend and Install.
The three ingredients to flooring the fifth wall of
your home.
- Once you decide on the perfect floor covering
we will provide you with an estimate, on
location, and arrange for installation. A 50
percent deposit is required to place order.
- Your installation will take place within 2-3 days
of ordering. Any special orders may take a bit
longer.
- On the day of installation, we will arrive within
the arranged time, install the floor covering and
a LA Carpet Broker team member will arrive near
finish time to inspect service.
- You will then begin enjoying the wonderful feel
of new lush carpet, smooth linoleum or rich tile.
